- Al Baker, Church History 101
Because I work as an internet consultant many people have asked me which anti-virus and anti-malware I use and/or recommend. About two years ago I had some real issues with a trojan that infected a few web sites I manage. When I called McAfee for help they gave me three different options, each of which included a credit card pre-payment - and McAfee was my security software!! I was highly irritated and told the support rep that I was NOT going to use McAfee anymore.
I asked my internet service provider for help and they pointed me to Emsisoft. I have had a few issues that required assistance - Emsisoft put me in contact with tech support and they walked me through emergency measures.
